Multi-Vehicle Crash on Dover Road in Chichester, NH Under Investigation
Chichester, NH — The Chichester Police Department is currently investigating a serious multi-vehicle accident that occurred on Dover Road Thursday afternoon. The incident, which involved up to five vehicles, was reported around 4:45 p.m. on Route 202, specifically between Robinson Road and Mason Road.
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, with the Capital Region Fire dispatch and local police receiving multiple reports of the crash. Initial assessments indicated that at least one vehicle had veered off the road into nearby woods. Fire and rescue teams requested additional ambulances shortly after arriving, prompting Loudon EMTs to be dispatched for assistance. A second ambulance from Chichester was also sent to the location.
At least two individuals were confirmed as patients, with EMTs indicating that the number could potentially rise. As the situation unfolded, a fire commander on-site reported that they had sufficient resources to manage the emergency.
Two individuals were subsequently transported to Concord Hospital for medical treatment.
