Tragic Accident Claims Life on Everett Turnpike
Concord, NH — A woman lost her life early Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle on the Everett Turnpike. State troopers and Nashua police responded to the scene at Mile Marker 0.4 on the southbound side around 3 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found the victim had been hit by a Chevrolet Silverado. The driver remained at the scene following the incident, which prompted the closure of the southbound lanes of the highway for several hours while investigations were conducted.
