The Fox Valley Food Truck Association (FVFTA) has announced its lineup for the 2025 food truck rallies, which will take place from April 15 to Sept. 28 at the Van Zeeland Nursery & Landscaping lot in Appleton. The rallies will feature 30 local food trucks offering a variety of cuisines, including Greek, Italian, Caribbean, Mexican, and Turkish. Attendees can enjoy food, drinks, live music, and games in a family-friendly atmosphere.
Some of the food trucks that will be participating in the rallies include Alpha Dogs, Bite the Farm, Caribbean Cruiser, Cold Stone Creamery, Diablo’s Taco Truck, and Doughlicious. Other options include offerings from Houdini’s Paninis, LaTacoyota, Lokum Turkish Eats, Moo Ice Cream, and Papa John’s. Each truck will offer a unique menu of dishes ranging from tacos and burritos to pizza and pierogi.
