A 22-year-old man, Annthoni Bliss, has been charged with murder in connection to the death of a 23-month-old toddler, Luca Hudson, in Keene, New Hampshire. The arrest comes more than a year after the young boy was found unconscious and not breathing in an apartment on January 14, 2024. Luca was taken to a hospital where he later died on January 17. An autopsy revealed that the child died from blunt force trauma to the head, classified as a homicide. Bliss is accused of causing Luca’s death recklessly through abusive violence and failing to seek timely medical assistance for his injuries. The officials did not disclose the nature of Bliss’ relationship to Luca. He was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder with U.S. Marshals involved. Bliss is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday at the 8th Circuit Court in Keene, although it is unknown if he has obtained legal representation.
